About Xavier

Xavier JackmanXavier Jackman, a Westchase resident, is a native of Boston, born in 1974. He graduated from Turners Falls High School in Turners Falls, Massachusetts in 1993 and is an alumna of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) where he graduated in 2000. While at MCLA he served as the student representative to the Board of Trustees and was awarded the 1998 Nicholas and Ruth Borowski Scholarship for academic excellence.

Xavier moved to Florida in 2000 to pursue his legal studies at the Frederick G. Levin School of Law at the University of Florida, where he attained his legal degree in 2003. While attending law school Mr. Jackman was awarded the Vaka, Larson & Johnson, P.L. Book Award in Trial Practice for 2003.

Xavier has over a decade of experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, personal injury protection, medical payment, and coverage claims both on behalf of insurance carriers and individuals. Since 2010, Xavier has dedicated his efforts solely on representing individuals and their families against insurance companies and corporations across the state.

In 2012 he founded what is now Westchase Legal Center to provide effective legal services in a manner dedicated to the needs and concerns of its clients. The Firm and its staff pride themselves on providing efficient legal services, while delivering consistent communication and results our clients expect and deserve. Our slogan, “Your personal injury is our personal commitment” is more than just a slogan but a mindset that each and every member of our legal team prides itself on at all times.

Xavier and his wife Suzy are the quite proud parents of two children, Erin and Will, and through the Firm they sponsor various school related activities, community events, and youth programs throughout the area.
