Homeowners Insurance Disputes

Whether the damage your property sustained is covered by your homeowner’s insurance contract is often the most common issue in insurance claim disputes. Generally, homeowner’s insurance covers property damage caused by events such as fire, wind, hail, vandalism, and theft. Each policy is different and must be reviewed individually to determine the types of coverage available and the limits of said coverage.

Events that are often covered by homeowner’s insurance include, but are not limited to damage to your home or personal property contained therein from natural disasters, theft, vandalism, leaking or burst pipes, fire, and mold.
